On New Years Eve 2010 an accident involving a single-engine Cessna and the “Aircare 5” medical helicopter occurred.  The accident killed both men in the plane.  The plaintiffs claim the helicopter pilot is at fault.  This is a $60 million lawsuit and is scheduled for a jury trial May 2013.
